Beach Villas is a superb development of high quality townhouses, - set in private lawned and landscaped gardens around two large swimming pools adjacent to a sandy beach. In a quiet location just 3km along the coast from the attractive resort of Altinkum, - this small community offers some of the best self catering accommodation on the Turkish coast and is ideal for anyone looking for spacious, - comfortable and air-conditioned accommodation close to the sea. As well as the swimming pools, - there is also a bar, - snack bar and tennis court for guests to enjoy, - plus free use of the gym, - sauna and steam room at the Apollo Health Spa at Club Aegean near Didim (a courtesy bus operates 3 times a day between May-Oct).
The 65 town houses are set in extensive private grounds in front of the sea. They are on 3 floors and are pleasantly furnished, - well equipped and air-conditioned at no extra charge (A small local charge for air conditioning of £ - 3 per day per villa applies in July and August only).
All houses have splendid sea views from their rooftop terraces. There is also 24 hour security, - a small shop and pool bar/snack bar.
Ground floor: Lounge/dining room with sofa bed, - widescreen satellite TV and DVD. Fitted kitchen with oven/hob, - fridge, - washing machine and microwave. Bath/WC and furnished terrace. First floor: one double and one twin bedroom, - bathroom and balcony. Second floor: master ensuite double bedroom, - large terrace with sea views.
Complimentary welcome food pack provided on arrival. Cleaning and linen change are provided weekly. Minimum stay 4 nights, - arrive any day.
